PROBLEM: (kpatch) no kpatch kernel in the Satellite's content views.

(websconsole) the RHEL 9.1 ISO is fine and @base includes semanage. This is a failure of whomever designed the AMI. Either need to notify the maintainer to fix it, or add the policycoreutils-python-utils to the rhel9-prep.yml

(ebpf) debug kernel is likely due to the satellite content views not being sync'd yet.

(kpatch) rhel 9.1 is was just released, there are no kpatch kernels yet.

This issue is resolved. The 9.0 version of the workshop is locked down on release 9.0 with a CV that is also 9.0.
