Clean up the code

List of things to be done after the Serverless 2019 deadline.

• [X] PEP8 and remove tabs as spaces (yikes!)
• [x] Add documentation. I spent hours figuring out how to shape features to fit.
• [x] Get rid of the 20 million print statement.
• [x] Make the try/catch statements actually do something.
• [x] Add if name == "main" and put the argparse things inside it.
• [x] Fix the parse arg defaults. Should never default to processing entire directory.
• [x] Get rid of the repeat code in data.py (this was my fault...)
• [x] Get rid of timers that really aren't timing anything.

Once all these are done, please close.
