Crash bug (possibly related to issue 19?)

Description:
Silent crash bug. Possibly related to issue 19. However I would have thought 
that due to the pause/resume logger bug that if the console was no longer 
getting output that the file would have stopped as well. 

Debug enabled? Note run circumstances. Attach ConsoleLog (see wiki).
Yes. see: Sun 11-18-2012_ 9.08.10.14_footnotereap_log.txt
hit f11 during long 1m download
then GUI resume (logger seemed to stop printing in the console at this point)
4 pages later it crashed
What's odd is that the log shows:
Trace: CleanupExit()
Clean Exit: Shutting down...  

Maybe somehow a quit message was sent? I didn't hit ALT+F4 or CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+E. 
I don't think I clicked close. So it's odd it should so a normal quit. 

Repro steps:
Consistent? No known repro. Maybe try issue 19 repro but use graphical resume?

I let the program sit for awhile without running. I had stopped it mid-run two 
or three times. I think it was up for maybe about three or four hours. Then I 
hit resume on the main campus and it silently exited. For more see:
