[UT2004/U2/UT3] - Movers with 3D scale != 1 have bad scaling #25

As seen in VCTF-Sandstorm where big mover for sandstorm have 3D scale property set, the converted mover have tiny scale. Have to use the custom property scaling for lift blueprint .
