Is it possible to use it to Bypass Internet Censorship aimed at telegram? #97

Hi there, thanks for your wonderful work! As you may know, Telegram is blocked in many countries. Although many people use proxies to bypass the block, there are still a lot of people even don't know how to use proxy. So, I wonder if it is possible to help people use Telegram with no need for proxies on their end, by developing or compiling an unofficial telegram app or web app which connects to the TelegramApiServer deployed on certain VPS?
Look forward to any kind of help, ideas, suggestions. Thanks a lot!
