Thanks! How about to start it by default or with env variable?

Please use systemd config. Example: https://iperf.fr/iperf-servers.php#host-iperf3

Systemd can restart services and all logs from systemd are redirected to docker logs.

Put it here: https://github.com/xtrime-ru/antizapret-vpn-docker/tree/master/rootfs/etc/systemd/system
