能不能将无边框窗口的进度条扩大一点 #73

因为无边框情况下拖动的时候拖动的也是歌曲信息的那个位置，导致在无边框的模式下如果想拖动进度条或者想手动调节音量会出现点按不精确导致整个窗口发生位移，macOS里甚至会出现进度条和窗口一起被拖动的情况，有没有什么方法能防止这种误触。因为macOS下开着边框实在是有点丑
