Mun2 114 unsequenced events #107

This is an updated version of SVDC with HappyJob and UnhappyJob subtypes. The functionality is just that of the earlier build but now based on the new structures. I thought it worth committing and merging this version before changing the functionality required for unhappy jobs. It passes all SVDC unit tests and the PV level regression tests.
