This PR covers the addition of behaviour to handle critical events and unhappy events as defined by the corresponding PowerPoint slides. One additional test covering a successful job with an unhappy event and a critical event has been added to regression.sh. Many unit tests have been added to SVDC but this is the first time that we have end to end working covering unhappy and critical events. It seemed a good point to raise a PR.
