SVDC had som hard coded timer values that were set in the scenario InitSystemSpec. To provide more flexibility these have been moved into the config file verifier-config.json
The config file is read at start up and periodically by AEO if the config file has changed. When the file is read the timer values are passed into SVDC via a new terminator service Req_IF_Verification_reportVerificationTimers
The original scenario InitSystemSpec.scn in SVDC has been removed.
