Additions to support nested fork points

Paul and I have been through the intended changes. Is it safe to merge even though there was a broken commit in there? The end point builds and passes all tests.

@ColinCarterUK , it looks like there is an erroneous Tutorial_19.puml file. It does not have the needed 'partition' and 'group'. This should be repaired or removed before we merge.
