Mun 160 update munin howto for plant uml

The Phase1_E2E_1v1a and v1b files are the result of split the end to end test 1 into two files with a single job in each file since that is acceptable to plus2json now.

The 3 ANDXOR files are some test files to assess the impact of nesting structures.

The .project file allows the test puml files to be visible and edited in BP by pulling them in as a project visible in the Project Explorer - it works a treat! This could be repeated for the puml files in doc but I haven't done that yet.
