This adds Freddie's puml files to the end to end test set (but not the regression test set as they are failure conditions). It adds fixes in SVDC due to the jobs hanging if the event sequence was incomplete. This required the addition of the job hanging timer and it corresponding configuration and use. It changes the stale event timeout and the blocked event timeout as they are currently not configurable except in the MASL in AEO and they were very short causing problems with test data. (For testing error conditions we need manually generated test data and it was constantly going out of date and had to be edited before nearly every test session.) It also adds a first inclusive OR test.
