What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
iPhone 3G 3.1.2 Blackrain

Please provide any additional information below.
Springboard had crashed when launching iPod from 5Dock after exiting voicemail. 
Recent 
installations include 5 Column Springboard. Was running Crash Reporter in Safe 
Mode when 
it crashed while symbolicating the Springboard crash.
