Add package filters to FindBugs output #5

It would be nice to have filters for the packages seen in the output of 
FindBugs.

"FindBugs integration is pretty awesome! At some point, it might be cool to 
provide package filters for the Findbugs responses. In my case, I’m seeing a 
ton of crap from JackRabbit and AdMob that I’d rather not see "
