What steps will reproduce the problem?
http://code.google.com/p/rietveld/source/browse/codereview/utils.py contains a 
hardcoded list of public source code hosting facilities for fetching base files 
from SVN

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The code can be more flexible if if schemes for known (and unknown) code 
hosting sites are moved into Rietveld configuration.
