Unable to setup environment for IIC: #106

It'll be a great help if the conda environment.yml file (or any equivalent format) could be provided.

package_versions.txt file is not of any help.

Same issue here. Having problem installing the packages after adjusting the file for pip install -r package_versions.txt

Most of the packages are not relevant. If you want to use this project properly i recommend using Python3 and Pytorch1. Some adjustments need to be done of course but it is quite easy :)

There is already a Python3 fork of this project also (not 100% done though).
