Greetings there.

Firstly I am noob in python but I managed to run your other scripts on my VS. So I tried to run the download_postal_codes.py but seems that there will always be errors fetching the data. Is there a fix or workaround for this? Would appreciate it greatly thank you!

It is just a web crawler, the government has closed the server unfortunately, so no more downloads.
