Allow motherboard PWM control #352

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
HWMonitor Pro allows the user to change the PWM duty cycle of the motherboard's 
PWM signals. It'd be great to have this in Open Hardware Monitor, too.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4.0 beta.

This new alpha version

built from revision r423 should add pwm control.
