I have pspsdk on windows.But your src doesn't compile whats my problem

try to compile in  Visual studio 6.0 or 2008.

The code compiles fine. Besides, you are basically asking for trouble if you 
try to develope on Windows for PSP.

The problem you report has nothing to do with the sourcecode, but rather your 
SDK setup... please try to fix it or ask for help in well visited forums like 
wololo.net/talk.
