Vsh menu disappears once i exit Internet Browser. #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enter Internet Browser 
2.Pres O choose Exit Browser
3.Once out of Internet Browser press select. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Iam suppose to be able to enter vsh menu after i exit
Internet browser but i can't not until i enter another setting
like  game then vsh will appear again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
All Pro-B's I have test have this issue.

Please provide any additional information below.
Iam on psp 1001 01g using Pro-B6 6.39.
Notice same issue on B7 6.39 NightlyBuilds.

Yeah this bug is also present in all DAX's CFW as well.

what to do is just access your memorystick then press select, vshmenu will 
appear.

this has to do systemctrl not resetting when you exit the Internet browser.

They have already addressed this issue, as I posted it already.  It happens 
every time you exit an active WiFi connection (Internet, PSStore, etc).  There 
is nothing that can be done about it, and it is a bug present in ALL cfw not 
just PRO.
