I was on pspmod.com and look at this download link is this true?

and look the most recent release pro b-7? permanent patch for 1000?is this real?

It's a source-compiled version of PRO where it is not supported since it may 
cause a brick. Get the Nightly Builds 
(http://code.google.com/p/procfw/wiki/NightlyBuilds) version or compile the 
source yourself if you want the unofficial B7.

REMINDER THAT YOU USE IT ON YOUR OWN RISK AS THESE ARE IN NO WAY SUPPORTED!
