slim colors patch? #49

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install 6.39 nightly build 86193c712e49 w/cipl on my 1001
2. flashed 13-27.bmp to f0/vsh/resource/
3. no place to activate slim colors patch from rev 1c0dc77d7533

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
slim colors on my psp 1001. no slim colors

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
6.39 nightly build 86193c712e49 w/cipl on psp 1001

Please provide any additional information below.
