PSP - FLASH0 CRASH #60

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I turn on the PSP
2. I see the Sony LOGO
3. And then the PSP CRASHES::::

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Can't see the XMB

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

PSP CFW 6.39 PRO-B6

Please provide any additional information below.

I was triyng to install a custom xmb theme i think i crewed up help please!

How can i acces RECOVERY menu without the XMB???

I presume this was done via flash0?

This is the Biggest NO NO ever for the TA-088v3+ except for the TA-090v1.
That's a nice 200 paperwheight you've got there.

Sorry to tell you but I can't be fixed atm. Buy a new mobo unless its a GO...

Hold R trigger and Turn on your PSP.
You can access Recovery Menu of PRO-with-CIPL.
