What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install proper cxmb
2. Try to install a theme that you know is for 6.39
3. Watch it not work upon reloading the xmb
What is the expected output? The themes should work
What do you see instead? The background of the themes only
What version of the product are you using? 6.39 pro B6
