Description:
  Try to support a lazy-evaluated vertex cache.

Added tls_vertex_cache and shared_vertex_cache. The former is per-thread L1 
vertex cache, and the second is L1 per thread and L2 shared cache. Now 
tls_vertex_cache is default algorithm.
