I was recently using the Diting program to perform functional annotation, but my computer shut down unexpectedly during the process. At the time of the shutdown, the annotation was at the KEGG stage. I am wondering if there is a way to resume the annotation from where it left off, rather than starting from scratch.
Please let me know if Diting has any built-in feature to handle this situation or if there is any workaround that I could use to save time and computational resources.
Unfortunately, Diting doesn't have any built-in feature to restart the program from the breakpoint. We are considering supporting this in future updates. Thanks for the feedback!
