请确认 tls 读取证书路径的方法是没有问题的 #10

后面的 log 我就不帖了，这个路径应该是/root/gocode/src/github.com/hyperledger/fabric-explorer/artifacts/

缺少 /fabric-explorer 这一层，请确认代码是没有问题的，谢谢！

明明可以是在配置文件里完成的事情， 为什么要整到代码呢
