Install.exe don't work correctly in Win XP Pro 64bits #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Execute install.exe
2. select the option 14

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should add the right click menu option Edit with Vim but nothing happens...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
7.2 on Windows XP Pro 64 bits

Please provide any additional information below.
The other options don't work also...

The steps to reproduce don't actually attempt to add the right-click menu 
option,
they just enable or disable doing so when you enter 'd' to start the install 
process.

The install process added the context menu entry fine for me on Win XP Pro x64.
