Adding a person who is already inside a meeting into the same meeting does not throw an error message #7

The person is not added into the meeting yet a "New participant added to meeting" message is still shown.

1) I added 5 unique people into the meeting 2) I tried to add in David Li again A success message was shown telling me that a new participant was added to the meeting although he was already in, and there was no change in the UI display above
