Stopped working after upgrade to TexLive2016 #23

After upgrading to TexLive2016 the plugin has stopped working, launching :LLPStartPreview the editor does not start. I'm working with MacOs Sierra and Skim (also tried with the build in Preview) on Vim 7.4.
