boost.cmake needs to be added in repo; as meicai@192.168.31.185 is invalid #33

OS - Ubuntu 22.04
ROCm - 5.2
Python - 3.10.4

@xuhuisheng Can you pls throw some insight on this?

The scripts in local directory is just for my local test. Please use 35.open.sh for installing dependencies of miopen.
