improved syntax for setting headers #22

been doing a bunch of stuff where I need to set headers and an array of objects with name and value keys is way too verbose (pretty sure I was the moron who wrote that in the first place)

Thanks, makes much more sense. Merged in 2d99093945304f1c35b2dd62b4d714b2916587b8. I'm going to tag the latest as 2.1 now.
