Made it a bit more 'jQuery'

Two things annoyed me (so far):

• the HTML and attr functions returned 1 item arrays when only 1 item is matched, this is better as a string me thinks.
• on and un only accepted one event string, so now you can pass multiple ones (such as 'click touchstart') and that'll bind a listener to each one.
