this covers:

one (de)serialization routine across multiple (scalar) voxel types
one "chunk-creator frame" for sending and receiving, which in fact only differs in the work with ByteBuffer and send/recv commands

cannot go across scalar types with just one (skeleton/template) function as all the assumed functions take (arrays of) basic types as input param... and we cannot make generic substitute for it

so, there must be one function per one input (basic) type :(

I can at least (I hope) create one skeleton function for sending/receiving per pixel type

the previous post could have been work-arounded, and the whole issue was finished with commit 17e36d58a146b9b566eb20a55c73d061774ff776
