Interval Units, MONTH, WEEK, HOUR, etc. not working #423

Whenever I use the interval unit of MONTH, WEEK, HOUR, etc. the timeline seems 
to be in a frozen state.  I can not move up or down the timeline.  Also, 
whenever I use a hot zone with any of the aforementioned interval units, it 
also "freezes".  Everything above MONTH seems to work fine, i.e. YEAR, CENTURY, 
etc.  

I am using version 2.3.0 and my localhost is on a Windows 7 operating system.  
I have tested the website in IE, Mozilla Firefox and Chrome and the problem 
remains the same.

I haven't been able to find any documentation addressing this problem, etc. and 
any help would be appreciated.

Our site is using version 2.3.1 on IE7 and FF, and all time units work 
correctly (we primarily use HOUR and DAY).  We host the all timeline scripts 
locally.  Just a point of reference for you.
