Layout Bug ... Full Screen save on ispy Close/crash #100

What steps will reproduce the problem?

**1. Problem:**

1. Auto Layout Optimised
2. Layout Save
3. Lock Layout
4. doubleclick on Cam ( Full Screen)
5. Crash ispy / Close Ispay
6. Restart ispay
7. Full Screen always open ( Doubleclick cant close cam !!! )

On crash ispay save the fullscreen cam :(
