FI9820W, VLC, RTSP and PTZ - PTZ not working #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure camera on a non-standard (ie. not port 80) port
2. Have iSpy merrily talking to it
3. Attempt to use PTZ, and fail

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
PTZ to work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.7.7.0, Win7

Hi all,

I run this cam, and on a non-standard port.

Things are working fine via the VLC plugin, but PTZ won't work.

Wireshark shows iSpy sending HTTP commands to a default port 80.

Setting a PTZ URL doesn't work either, as the base URL portion on these crappy 
cameras changes based on different PTZ commands.
