Allow comparing locations #135

The colors are problematic but not quite sure how to make it better. I think I should allow different types of stippling to distinguish, but colors seem nicer. No idea.

Feature level change request. Would it make sense that when we are in comparison mode. We only allow 1 metric to be compared between places getting compared? Maybe a drop down that selects the metric?

That seems plausible but I don't have the mental capacity to spend time on it
