src/solaris/libstdc++.la is in the 1.1 tarball, but is not checked into svn #24

With this file missing, the code doesn't build.

http://code.google.com/p/google-gflags/source/browse/#svn/trunk/src/solaris 
shows the directory is empty.

If I download and unpack http://google-gflags.googlecode.com/files/gflags-
1.1.tar.gz, the directory contains libstdc++.la.

(I suspect the file was missed because svn excludes .la files by default.)
