python-gflags debian package does not exist #26

The debian packaging in  gflags-1.1/packages/deb does not contain the
gflags python module. I hacked on it a little bit to get something together
for a project here --

I've fixed this by breaking up perftools into two packages on Google Code: 
google-
gflags, which is the c++ implementation, and python-gflags, which is the python 
implementation.  The latter has .egg files, a deb file, etc.  Hopefully it will 
work 
well for you!
