Compilation error on Windows when trying to use the library.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I am building using the following system:
* Windows, Visual Studio 2013.
* CMake GUI 2.8.12.
* Gflags' Github master
* BUILD_gflags_LIB
* BUILD_STATIC_LIBS

The problem is that the resulting gflags_declare.h in the include folder has 
the following lines in it:

#ifndef GFLAGS_DLL_DECL
#  if  && defined(_MSC_VER)
#    define GFLAGS_DLL_DECL __declspec(dllimport)
#  else
#    define GFLAGS_DLL_DECL
#  endif
#endif

This results in a compilation error when I try to use the library.

Yes, sorry about that. This has been reported and fixed in the develop branch 
(see issue 77). Another issue with gflags_declare.h you might run into was 
reported and fixed in develop as well (see issue 79).
