locale.cfg issue #11

1st: ConfigurationTask.java - LINE 152 locale.cfg got in the wrong directory please change "cfg" -> "cfg\defaults"

2nd: ConfigurationTask.java - LINE 159 The "\n" is "\r\n" in the original file!
