fix language es_MX, so it also works ingame #6

Apparently spanish works in the air client but not ingame. Configurationmanifest is the same between my patcher and the official one.

Language settings also need to be put in rads/solutions/lol_game_client_sln/releases/.../deploy/data/cfg/locale.cfg
