music_prop is not giving back all cell types #125

Hi,

When I'm using music_prop it only gives back 7 out of the 8 cell types even when I increase the cell type number to 12 it only gives 7 cell types back. Does anyone know how to fix this error?

Hi Joy,

Ensure that your cell types of interest are represented in at least two samples (subjects) within your single-cell reference dataset.
