We want to apply the MuSiC algorithm to snRNA-seq and bulk RNA-seq data. If we look at RPKMs from the top40 marker genes from our snRNA-seq data, we noticed that the RPKMs are much lower than in our bulk data.
Here we are looking at the pseudo-bulked snRNA-seq RPKM values, and bulk RPKM values.
Does MuSiC automatically scale the data, or does it matter that the snRNA-seq data and bulk data have very different ranges of values?
