I used 'music_prop()' function to get the estimated proportion of diffenrent cell types. But i also want to get a expression martix of one cell types. So how can i get an adjusted expression matrix？(eg. i figured out the proportion: tumor cells(0.6), other cells(0.4), how can i get the expression matrix of tumor cells only?)
