Is it possible to specifically turn off the gene length bias correction step when running MuSiC?
I want to try applying MuSiC to nanostring gene expression data.
But since nanostring is based on the hybridization of the probes, the resulting read counts per gene do not have the gene-length bias.
So, I want to run MuSiC without gene-length bias correction.
If that's not possible, can I set lengths of all genes to the same number, such as 1kb?
