I have a question about which cell type should be used as the reference.
For example, I tried different ways by using different sets of cell types retrieved from the same data, and got different cell proportions.
1) all cell types retrieved from integrated data from multiple tissues.
2) cell types from certain tissues.
3) only target interested cell types.
Could you please give me any suggestion? Thanks in advance!
