The rust exporter currently outputs really old Rust.

Describe the solution you'd like

Update the rust exporter. These are things I noticed

No need for extern crate lines
No macro_use are necessary anymore
Requires use serde::{Serialize, Deserialize}

Describe alternatives you've considered

Currently I'm rewriting the code automatically once generated.
